Jurgen Klopp Liverpool exit hots up as boss holds massive talks with Champions League side and declares two transfer targets

Jurgen Klopp has already discussed his potential Liverpool exit with a European giant and has told them he wants two world-class signings if he joins, according to a bombshell report.

Klopp has been at Liverpool since October 2015 and has enjoyed huge success with the Reds. They have won trophies such as the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup under his guidance.

However, Klopp and Liverpool are struggling this season. The team sits 10th in the Premier League at the time of writing, 11 points off the top four and five points behind Brighton, who occupy sixth spot. Liverpool do have two games in hand on some clubs, and they are becoming must-win if they are to move up the table any time soon.

But Liverpool are extremely low on confidence right now. They have won just once in their last seven matches in all competitions, which came in an FA Cup replay against Wolves. Their last league victory was over Leicester on December 30.

There are growing rumours that Klopp could walk away from Liverpool at the end of the season. German analyst Raphael Honigstein recently said on The Athletic Football Podcast that there are parallels between the 55-year-old right now and during the end of his Borussia Dortmund spell. He appears unhappy and is lashing out at reports occasionally, something he did at Dortmund.

Chelsea have previously been urged to move for Klopp as Graham Potter’s replacement, should the Blues boss get the sack. But now, there has been a sensational report that Klopp could go to Real Madrid.

According to Goal’s live transfer blog (10/02 at 22:42), which cites a report emerging from Spain, the Liverpool boss has already held talks about becoming Real’s manager. Los Blancos are happy with Carlo Ancelotti. But as he is 63 years old they know they will soon need to find a successor. And Klopp is high up on their list.

Real are apparently ‘ready to pounce’, should the German opt to depart Anfield at the end of the campaign.

Jurgen Klopp issues next club two transfer demands

And Klopp has even given Real officials a two-man transfer wish list, should he join them later this year. The first world-class star Klopp wants to take to the Bernabeu is Jude Bellingham.

Klopp is a huge fan of the midfielder, hence why Liverpool have begun targeting him. But there is now the possibility of Real stealing both Klopp and Bellingham from Liverpool’s grasp.

The second hugely influential player Klopp hopes Real can capture is none other than Kylian Mbappe. This transfer wish also makes sense, as Liverpool have held internal discussions about landing Mbappe in the past.

Real has always been the striker’s preferred destination though. And it looks like he could team up with Klopp there in the future.

Real are already one of the most dangerous sides in world football. But by bringing in Klopp, Mbappe and Bellingham, they could become simply unstoppable.

While Klopp may have some minor thoughts about leaving Liverpool, this report may be taking the exit rumours a step too far. After all, he has great love for Liverpool and will not want to leave them when things are going badly.

Plus, he signed a new contract with the club in April last year which will keep him there until 2026. He will want to see out a few more years of this deal before departing for a European giant, such as Real.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are vying with Manchester United and Arsenal for the signing of an explosive La Liga ace, according to Fabrizio Romano.
