A video has been making its rounds showing a young man picking up and flinging a cat over a building.

The Cape of Good Hope SPCA is urging the public to assist in finding the young man in the video and to come forward with any information that may assist with the investigation.
The organisation believes that the actions displayed in the video constitute animal cruelty and a violation in terms of the Animals Protection Act 71 of 1962.
